2018 Rompin Rockwood 10/25/50k trail race Results
It was a wet one this year but everyone seemed to be happy about it anyway.
Sadie and I could not have pulled it off this year if it wasn't for all the volunteers who helped out. Big and huge thanks to Sadie Gagner for logistics, everything that wasn't on the trail and for organizing my brain. Tim McDonough (who ran his first 100 miler just one week prior and got 3rd!) and Marc Gallant for helping me mark the courses. And Sean Creary from River and Trail for sponsoring us, letting us borrow tents, helping pull markings, wrangling the timing clock and providing prizes. Tim McDonough and Bryan Bourque stood in the rain all day at the aid station helping runners stay on course and handing out goodies. Thanks to Salomon for sending big prizes our way to share with the winners of each race and for their tent. Thanks to Millenium Cycle for their two tents and Wolfhead Smokers for one of theirs.
